Blake came to Liberty National from coaching sports, recruited by a friend in 2013. More than a decade later he leads the Gaither Agency from its Plano office, alongside three agency directors and a growing team of agents.

He is motivated by helping families through difficult times and by mentoring new agents, and he would rather let the work speak than talk about himself.
